What type of meat do you use?

The lean version is made of the eye of round part of the cow which contains much less fat and collagen. The regular version is made up of brisket which is a much more fatty piece of meat. This is also why the lean version is more crispy than the regular.

What ingredients do you use?

Unfortunately the recipe for our jerky is a closely guarded family secret. While we may give bits and pieces away the total process is protected by patents and intellectual property rights which forbid their disclosure.

What if I don’t want to pay shipping?

Since we are a new and small startup shipping options are limited. If you want to forgo shipping fees check out our store locator and find a retail partner near you. We are always looking for new locations and partners so make sure you visit the vendor sign up page to see further details on sales opportunities.
